Community and Voluntary Sector organisations are operating in a challenging climate that requires new and innovative ways of working. Excellent leadership at all levels of the organisation allows us to introduce and embed change to ensure we thrive in the future.
Changes to how apprenticeships are funded mean that you can now access funding to develop and train your staff. Existing and potential leaders already working within your organisation can now use an Apprenticeship route to develop their management skills. Brathay can support you to access this funding.
Brathay is offering a new portfolio of programmes from 2017, providing managers the opportunity to gain new skills, and organisations a vehicle to drive change within their business using a cohort of leaders.
We will be offering three apprenticeships:
- Level 3 Supervisor/Team Leader (12 months)
- Level 5 Department/Operations Manager (24 months)
- Level 6 Chartered Manager (36 months)
The apprenticeships will be tailored to the Community and Voluntary sector and support leaders to transfer individual learning into organisation change extremely quickly and effectively.
All training fees will be eligible for funding from the Apprenticeship Levy. Most CVS organisations will be able to access 90% of costs through the new funding structure. Brathay will support organisations to access additional funding where required.
